My Approach
As an integrative psychotherapist, I utilise different approaches to support you on your individual journey.
Counselling and psychotherapy as practices are interchangable, but whilst counselling covers a variety of talking therapies, my training in psychotherapy allows me to work with you at greater depth, perhaps looking at the underlying causes of an issue or working with your emotions and physiology to help you find your way forwards.
My approach is interactive, supportive and encouraging.
I also offer yoga, including movement, breathwork and meditation to aid in your self-development.
