Verity Olivia Webster

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional” - John Maxwell

I have a PGDip and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner with the EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Academy (EFTMRA).

I decided to persue a career in psychotherapy due to the profound positive effect that counselling had in transforming my own life. Now I wish to help others do the same.

I believe in a holistic approach to life and a balance between mind, body and spirit. For me, this is facilitated by spending time outdoors in nature, practicing yoga, meditation and an underlying interest in nutrition.

Yoga has been an integral part of my life for years and as a qualified yoga teacher RYT 200, I utilise yoga practice as part of one-to-one psychotherapy to enable somatic awarenss, access to felt-sense and to aid nervous system regulation. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and The International Association for Yoga Therapies (IAYT).
